David Paton Interview on The Time Machine (Never Believe It's Not So...)
Singer-songwriter David Paton was a guest on The Time Machine. He shared the stories behind some of his songs on his new album "Under The Sun". David's list of musical accomplishments is many including the Alan Parsons Project, Camel, Beagle Hat and as a founding member of Pilot. The music of David Paton has always been a big part of The Time Machine broadcast and this gave radio host Michael McCartney a chance to ask David about many of the Pilot songs including "Magic" and "January" that have been loved by music fans all over the globe.

Joe Tansin and Dean Ford Interview on The Time Machine
Singer-songwriter Joe Tansin returns to The Time Machine with fellow songwriter Dean Ford. Joe was a member of Badfinger in the late seventies and was also the driving force behind The City Beat in the nineties. Dean Ford went on to a solo career in the seventies after being a founding member of the sixties group Marmalade which featured Dean's lead vocals on their top ten smash record "Reflections of My Life". Joe and Dean have recorded a wonderful brand new song as a duo titled "The Glasgow Road". Both Dean and Joe shared stories from their musical careers with the Maui radio audience.
New songs were also featured from Anya Marina, Rumer, Dee Long and Matt Tyson. Steve Butler from the band Smash Palace was a recent guest on The Time Machine. He discussed the group's latest album "Do It Again". Singer-songwriter Lucy Woodward returns to the radio show after sharing the world wide broadcast debut of her arrangement of Nina Simone's classic song "Be My Husband". Radio host Michael McCartney had no choice but to accept her hand in marriage.
New songs were also featured from Madi Diaz, David Myhr and Matt Tyson. Music from other artists also heard on this Maui afternoon broadcast include Vibeke Saugestad, The Cars and Rod Stewart. A special Time Machine Mini Mix Mash-Up features DJ Soundhog's "Whole Lotta Helter Skelter".
