    Jana Peri and Eytan Mirsky Return To The Time Machine






    Rocker and singer-songwriter Jana Peri returned as a guest on The Time Machine. Jana has a brand new song that was released this month titled "Gallery Whore" and she shared with the radio audience her musical inspiration for the song. The talented artist released another catchy tune with insightful lyrics that music fans will appreciate. The new single is available digitally all over the internet including iTunes, Amazon, CD Baby, eMusic and Napster. Jana officially kicked off our holiday radio programming with her song "I Hate The Holidays (But I Love Spending Them With You)" which she did the very same time last year when it was first released and her last single "Ballerina Of The Bowery" that's been in heavy rotation was also featured.





    Rocker and singer-songwriter Eytan Mirsky also returned as a guest on The Time Machine. Eytan's been a part of our playlists the last ten years and it was a fun interview as he discussed the true story behind his latest single "I Bought Your Broken Teeth On eBay (Jena's Song)" as well as his song from earlier this year, "This Year's Gonna Be Our Year".

    Brand new music was also featured from Bleu, Guster and the broadcast debut of Maple Mars with the first holiday single from the band, "Christmastime In The City". Other artists heard on this Maui afternoon FM broadcast include; INXS, Hawks, Robert Gordon, Richard X. Heyman, Doughboys, Electric Light Orchestra, The Weepies, Blondie, Mental As Anything and Marty Rudnick with Michael Carpenter.

    Maxi Dunn Drops By The Time Machine During The Holidays






    Singer-songwriter Maxi Dunn returned as a guest on The Time Machine for a third time to discuss some of her songs from her album "Welcome To Soonville". She also shared with the radio audience that she has another album in the works with a release date for the spring of 2011. The last time that Maxi was on the broadcast, she served as guest DJ and this time around, Maxi shared her latest single "Why" which is collaboration with songwriter Elizabeth Racz and included the musical talents of Peter Hackett from Cult Of Wedge.


    Other new music featured on this Maui afternoon FM broadcast include songs from The Like, Lisa Mychols and Little Big Town. Rounding out the broadcast are classic songs from; Tal Bachman, Chicago, Propaganda, Something Happens, Kyle Vincent, Pilot, Paul Anka, Beatles, The Smith Bros., Traveling Wilburys, Espen Lind, Grand Funk and "Open Happiness" from Butch Walker with Travis McCoy, Janelle Monae, Cee-Lo Green, Brandon Urie & Patrick Stump.

    Three Dog Night Interview on The Time Machine






    Cory Wells of Three Dog Night was a musical guest on The Time Machine before he joined co-founder Danny Hutton on stage for a Maui performance earlier this month. The legendary group have recorded the music of the best (and mostly undiscovered) new songwriters of their time including Harry Nilsson, Randy Newman, Elton John, Laura Nyro, Paul Williams and Hoyt Axton among many others. The group's eclectic taste, combined with their ability to recognize and record hits in a unique, distinctive and appealing style, resulted in the band dominating best-selling charts for years.


    Three Dog Night is celebrating four decades in the music business and original band members Jimmy Greenspoon on keyboards, guitarist Michael Allsup, guitarist Danny Hutton and guitarist Cory Wells are joined by Paul Kingery (Rick Springfield's "Working Class Dog" tour, Tiffany and Ronnie Law) on bass and Pat Bautz (Mickey Gilley, Freddy Fender, Everett Harp, Rodney Dangerfield, Dave Mason and Little Richard) on drums to complete the lineup that has been delighting audiences around the world. In addition to the classic hits that made the group a powerhouse on the radio charts and record sales charts, Cory also shared with the radio audience the stories behind Three Dog Night's latest song releases of "Prayer Of The Children" and "Heart Of Blues" including the broadcast debut of "867-5309/Jenny" and "Two Lights In The Night Time".
