The Hooks, Vinnie Zummo and Cirrone Interviews on The Time Machine
Singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Vinnie Zummo was a guest on The Time Machine last week along with sibling musical acts The Hooks and Cirrone. The Hooks hail from Florida where the power and strength of Nick, Raleigh, Maggie and Nick shine through on their self titled debut. They're currently climbing the airplay charts across America with their single "Comin After Your Love". Instead of four family members, Cirrone is a trio of brothers from Italy whose latest release "Uplands Park Road" has been gaining critical praise around the globe. In addition to his extensive music for film and television, Vinnie Zummo also worked with Joe Jackson on many of his albums and tours.
Other new songs from artists heard on this Maui afternoon FM aircheck include Rachael Yamagata, Jason Mraz, Bruce Springsteen & The E Street Band, Imelda May, Islands and Bonnie Raitt's new take on Gerry Rafferty's classic "Right Down The Line".
