Mandy Moore and Moi….

Hi everyone! First off, again, thank you for making our Philly residency at Johnny Brenda's a great success. Good times were had by all and the reaction to the new songs was tremendously inspiring. Belleayre with the Hotel Café was brilliant as well and we are in full on touring salivation mode.

Very pleased to have a tour with my dear friend Mandy just weeks away...She has graciously invited me along for a slew of dates and I will be "heading out alone" (haha.. get it?) to open for her across the south. I saw her show a bit back in NY and can I say she and her band BLEW ME AWAY. – Gorgeous arrangements, set, spectacular cover / special treat and damn can that girl sing and break your heart. You cannot miss her show. She will surprise you with her fabulous command of the stage.

I will be playing solo which will freak me out to high heaven since it's been a while that I haven't had my own band behind me. However, when you are up there alone it is liberating and potentially quite magical because you just have to draw em all in with the beauty and intimacy that you had when you first wrote the song. I look forward to the challenge and I guess I'll have to bring along the bottles of wine, boxes of tissues, and overturn some furniture to truly get back to that original setting.

So come one, come all and join us for a romping good time! Looking forward to seeing some familiar faces and I promise to invade the rest of the country very soon…
