Lisa Loeb Interview on The Time Machine
Singer-songwriter Lisa Loeb has entertained Maui audiences three times during this new century and is sure to return for future performances. The Time Machine with hosts Summer Blue and Michael McCartney were thrilled with Lisa's recent return to the Valley Isle which included her bringing her guitar to the studio to add to the musical festivities. Singer-songwriting pal Gail Swanson also came along to join in on the fun. Lisa released an album this past summer titled "Camp Lisa".
Lisa is joined on the album with friends; Michelle Lewis, Dan Petty, Jill Sobule, Steve Martin, Kay Hanley, Maia Sharp, Nina Gordon, Leland Sklar, Jay Bellerose and Doug Petty. Children are also present on this album that will put a warm smile on any fan of music who has memories of summer camp. She shared her thoughts about making the album along with songs from throughout her career.
Other artists heard on this afternoon FM aircheck include Rick Springfield and Eytan Mirsky.
