Andy Reed and Andrew Curry Interviews on The Time Machine
Singer-songwriter, rocker and producer Andy Reed from An American Underdog returns as a guest on The Time Machine. The gifted artist has been a part of The Time Machine's playlist over the years and he shared his thoughts on his latest songs.
Andy joined the broadcast along with Andrew Curry from the Monsters of Lite Rock website to unveil the world broadcast debut of An American Underdog's arrangement of the classic song "Thunder Island" by Jay Ferguson. The song will be featured on the upcoming 2013 album "Drink A Toast To Innocence: A Tribute To Lite Rock". Andrew Curry has become a fixture on The Time Machine Radio Show the past few months discussing the album project and featuring songs from the forthcoming release. In addition to An American Underdog, another world broadcast debut was shared by Andrew, from one of The Time Machine's core artists. Rocker and singer-songwriter Lisa Mychols dipped her toes into the seventies lite rock music pool and recorded David Soul's hit ballad "Don't Give Up On Us". Lisa brings a wonderful rock presence to the song with producer Steve Refling and still keeps the original tempo of the melody. Lisa has knocked one out of the ballpark once again and The Time Machine Crew is proud that Andrew Curry shared this on the radio.
Other artists heard on this Maui afternoon FM broadcast include David Soul, Jay Ferguson, Andrew Gold, Jeff Litman, Peter McCann, Brandon Schott, Ben Arthur, Sutherland Brothers & Quiver, Kyle Vincent, Michael Johnson,Walter Egan, The Rolling Stones and David Gates.
