Greg Pope And Andrew Curry Interviews On The Time Machine (Plus A Marty Balin Tribute)
Rocker and singer-songwriter Greg Pope was a recent musical guest on The Time Machine. Greg shared with radio host Michael McCartney the stories and inspirations behind the songs on his latest album "A Few Seconds Of Fame". Curry Cuts' label head Andrew Curry returns to share the world broadcast debut of both Andrea Perry's arrangement of "Fill Your Heart" and Greg Pope's cover of "Waking Up Alone" off of the forthcoming album release "White Lace & Promises - The Songs of Paul Williams".
Brand new music was also featured from The Beatles with their new remix of "Back In The U.S.S.R." plus more new music from Louise Goffin, Ken Sharp, No Small Children, Grand Canyon, Danny Wilkerson, Bleu, Lannie Flowers and Paul McCartney. Other artists heard on this Maui afternoon FM broadcast include; Queen, Parker McGee, Larry Lee, Jim Steinman, Paul Williams, 10cc, Bonnie Raitt, Boz Scaggs, Wings, The Knack, Leslie Gore and Liverpool Echo. There's a small tribute to music of Marty Balin including his solo work along with both Jefferson Airplane and Jefferson Starship.
