Ken Sharp Debuts Utopia On The Time Machine
Rocker and singer-songwriter Ken Sharp returned to The Time Machine to share the world broadcast debut of his latest single "Utopia" featuring Fernando Perdomo and Rob Bonfiglio. Elated by the news of a reunion of Utopia, one of Ken's favorite bands, he was inspired to write an anthemic flavored prog-pop song celebrating the band and the collective ethos of the group and their fan base with mighty respect to Ken's musical heroes; Todd Rundgren, Kasim Sulton, Willie Wilcox and Roger Powell.
Also making a world broadcast debut on this broadcast was Dig's arrangement of the Burt Bacharach & Hal David timeless song "I'll Never Fall In Love Again". Other artists heard on this Maui afternoon FM aircheck include; Venice, Louise Goffin, The Sharp, Rupert Holmes, The Nolans, I.S.S. (Ideal Social Situation), Martin Briley, Thirsty Merc and Utopia.
