The Dukes Of Surf Interview on The Time Machine - Aloha Christmas

JP, Lee and Fish have been filling up The Time Machine's playlist on the FM dial for over a year as the sunny Aloha rock trio The Dukes of Surf. The harmonies that would make Brian Wilson of The Beach Boys proud have been a breath of fresh air on the Hawaiian airwaves and have been enjoying success in Japan as well. This Christmas season, as a way of giving back to the community, The Dukes of Surf have released their original song "Aloha Christmas" on iTunes with the proceeds of the single going to benefit Hawai‘i Children’s Cancer Foundation. The catchy lyrics and enticing, seasonal melody of “Aloha Christmas” will be sure to warm the hearts of those who dream of escaping to the balmy, sun-kissed shores of Hawai‘i as well as Kamaʻāina celebrating their own holiday here in paradise. The Dukes of Surf’s first single, “Waikiki”, launched last year and hovered near top of Japanese Billboard charts for seven weeks and the group also appeared on the 2014 Grammy Pop Art ballot. JP from the band was a guest on The Time Machine and the entire radio staff were honored to have him on the broadcast.


Brand new music for the holidays was also featured on this Maui afternoon FM broadcast from Alicia Witt, Timmy Sean, Wyatt Funderburk and songs from Christmas past from Second Saturday and Jeffrey Foskett Also heard on this radio program were the latest songs from Benna McCartney, Cliff Richard, Mike Viola and Secret Friend plus Earth, Wind & Fire, The Smith Bros. and Frankie & The Knockouts.
