Cheap Perfume and Adam Marsland Interviews on The Time Machine
Rocker Nancy Street from the band Cheap Perfume was our guest on The Time Machine last week. We've enjoyed playing their two songs "Ordinary Girls" and "Too Bad" from their forthcoming album. Brenda Martinez, Bunny, Lynn Odell, Susan Palermo along with Nancy Street have been busy recording their upcoming album. Singer-songwriter Adam Marsland is getting ready to release his first original album in five years. "Go West" is a double album from Adam Marsland (+ His Chaos Band members Kurt Medlin, Teresa Cowles and Evie Sands) and will drop on August 18th, 2009. Adam graced our airwaves with one of his new songs "When I Lied To Everyone".
Brand new music heard on this Maui afternoon FM radio broadcast include the latest from Lisa Mychols' forthcoming album and The Shazam who have a new album "Meteor" coming out this week plus The Backsliders from their new album "Thank You" which can currently be downloaded for free at their website. New music was also heard from Maui's own The Throwdowns, Richard X. Heyman, The Singles, The Dollyrots, Lacey Gage, Schuyler Fisk and Susanna Hoffs & Matthew Sweet with Dhani Harrison.
