Linus Of Hollywood and Kelly Jones Interviews and Andrew Curry Debuts The Sonic Executive Sessions and Paul Bertolino on The Time Machine

Rocker, singer-songwriter and producer; Linus Dotson, known to the musical world as Linus Of Hollywood, was a recent guest on The Time Machine. Linus shared with the radio audience about his musical career; including his work as half of the duo Palmdale with Kay Hanley and his contribution to the forthcoming release "Drink A Toast To Innocence: A Tribute To Lite Rock". Linus decided to share his cover of Leo Sayer's classic arrangement of "More Than I Can Say" which was composed by Sonny Curtis and Jerry Allison which also garnered some airplay from Bobby Vee. You'll appreciate the guitar work that Linus brought to this wonderful song. Singer-songwriter Kelly Jones also returned to the broadcast with her beautiful arrangement of England Dan and John Ford Coley's classic song "I'd Really Love To See You Tonight" composed by Parker McGee that Kelly also submitted to the same Lite Rock tribute album, along with her recent work on Secret Friend's album "Time Machine", which we've been spinning heavily for obvious reasons. How often do we get an album named after our radio broadcast? The Time Machine Crew couldn't have been more ecstatic (*wink wink). In addition, Andrew Curry, who has become a fixture on The Time Machine Radio Show since late last year, returned to the broadcast to share more new songs to be featured on "Drink A Toast To Innocence: A Tribute To Lite Rock". This time around, making their world broadcast debut on the radio along with Linus Of Hollywood and Kelly Jones, were two wonderful takes from the Sonic Executive Sessions ("On And On" by Stephen Bishop - who was on the same broadcast - see previous podcast) which features the sublime vocals of Christian Phillips and singer-songwriter Paul Bertolino ("Just Remember I Love You" by Firefall).

The Kickstarter website has already featured "Drink A Toast To Innocence: A Tribute To Lite Rock" on it's home page and you can take advantage of a lot of really nifty goodies as part of your pre-order for the album.
